With so much noise in D.C. have you tried marketing to Feds in other cities? Did you know that 82% of all Federal contracts are executed outside of D.C., Maryland, and Virginia*.
This program provided "the lay of the land" in Fed IT procurement, and included profiles of Fed IT buyers, a review of the Fed procurement landscape, and provided perspective on agencies' geographic footprints, where contract decision makers live, where decisions are made, and how to get their attention.
