Christopher Neff
Vice President of Marketing
NIC Inc.
Chris Neff oversees the brand management, sales marketing, advertising, and digital promotions functions for NIC. NIC is a Kansas City-based eGovernment provider that builds user-friendly self-service solutions for the Web, mobile, and point-of-purchase channels. NIC currently manages official government Web sites, online services, and secure payment processing for 24 states and more than 3,000 Federal, state, and local agencies nationwide.
Prior to joining NIC in July 2000, Neff developed the Coca-Cola Company’s consumer marketing programs and branding strategies for restaurant and entertainment clients. At MCI Communications, he was the product manager for several consumer services, including the MCI Local and MCI PrePaid brands. Neff began his career as an on-air cable television broadcaster and producer in the Detroit area.
A frequent speaker on developing effective branding and marketing strategies to drive sales performance, Neff is a professional voiceover artist and radio host for a National Public Radio member station in Park City, Utah. He received a master’s in business administration in international business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor’s in communications from the University of Michigan. Neff lives in Park City with his wife and two children.
